Most major insurances are accepted.
Patients should be aware of their benefit coverage including covered and non-covered benefits, authorization requirements, and costs share information such as deductibles, co-insurance, and co pays.
It is important to remember that in-network coverage is not a guarantee of payment. Should any outstanding charges remain after insurance coverage has been applied to services rendered, it is the responsibility of the patient to cover the remaining deductible and any other charges associated with that visit.
If you are not familiar with your plan coverage, we recommend you contact your carrier directly.
We also offer a Medical Discount Program in Texas and Louisiana, and a cash payment fee schedule in California for those patients with no insurance coverage.
